All custom or personalized products are final sale.
If you are unhappy with your non-custom item, please return the item within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. You are responsible for return shipping, unless the product is defective or was received damaged.
Seasonal items are eligible for return only before the holiday for which they are intended, after which they become non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased from zooandroo.com, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.
zoo&roo items purchased at any retail locations must be taken back to the location where purchased and follow their store return policies.
If a zoo&roo item breaks after the 30 day return window, please contact me and I will request you send pictures and a detailed description. Replacement is subject to my discretion. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
